Compassionate Communication

Starting Mondays, January 13, 2025

9-11 am or 4-6 pm PST (GMT-8)

The Key to Happiness

Aggressive communication is everywhere—from the media to our own homes. But did you know the key to happiness isn’t wealth or success? It’s the quality of our relationships! So why aren’t we taught how to communicate well from a young age?

Most of us learn to communicate unconsciously, absorbing unhealthy patterns. But it’s time to flip the script! Conscious communication, like the Nonviolent Communication methods of Marshall Rosenberg, has healed rifts between rival gangs and strengthened millions of relationships.

In this 8-week course, your family will learn to build bridges through mindful communication. Master these skills at home, and watch the positive ripple effects at school, work, and beyond!

Helping Families Build Stronger Bonds

With Nonviolent Communication (NVC), we'll discover how to connect with each other in a way that’s based on empathy, active listening, and by expressing our emotions and universal needs.

When we express our feelings openly and from the "I" place, really listen when others talk, and handle disagreements calmly— cycles of conflict naturally disappear and magic and healing take its place.

Communication Skills That Last a Lifetime

In this course, your family will create a new way of connecting—where everyone feels confident expressing their feelings, listens with empathy, and navigates conflicts with understanding. You’ll learn to communicate from the heart, making your home a space of trust and compassion.

But the benefits won’t stop there! These communication skills will ripple outward, enhancing your relationships with friends, colleagues, and your entire community.
